Beyond Burnout.     Find Your ‘Be’.

I am a creative therapist who works with a diverse group of people. I support burnt out, exhausted givers and people-pleasers who have lost their identity to set out and find their identity without burning out further.

“Be” as in to embody.

Burnout can take us to a place where we end up coasting or feeling like we are just floating around rather than heading somewhere.

My work with clients is about flow, ease, and building capacity.

I want to work with you to navigate past burnout and channel your energy and adapt to your life’s circumstances that resembles how water always finds a way to move through and around whatever is in its way.

Be Well.

Be Whole.

Water beckons all of us.

Sitting by the beach or kayaking in the ocean calms my spirit, clears my mind and rejuvenates the soul. When I think about how I am surrounded and sustained by water, a deep sense of gratitude arises.

I seek to bring all the best qualities of water into therapy.

Water is Adaptable.

Whether it’s in a lake or through a straw, water has the incredible ability to flow and adapt to its environment. Clients learn to flow with their feelings more naturally and this helps them to work through difficult situations more fluidly. I support clients to develop more flexible mindsets and adjust better to their life circumstances.

Water is growth.

Just as water nourishes all living things, I nurture clients to grow in getting comfortable with their feelings and developing language for their inner experiences.

Water is Healing.

There are rituals of healing in many cultures where people dip in water for rebirth, new start, cleansing. My work with clients focuses on clients’ inner healing from chronic trauma, traumatic events, relational difficulties and family system issues.

Water is Rejuvenating.

Sitting by water can be recharging, but drinking a nice cold glass of water can also be refreshing. Therapy can be a tall drink for the soul, nourishing the inner self.

Water is Powerful.

Water, when collected or channelled properly can be powerful. The rushing currents can provide electricity and move boats. In sessions, I support clients to channel their feelings, thoughts and experiences into powerful pathways for change in their lives.

Water is Sacred.

Water is respected and held in high honour around the world. In the same way, counselling and therapy are also sacred experiences between myself and my clients.
